This is THE gala evening and show that has never been before in Europe. Those are the words of the organizer of Night of NINE. Nine dance champions of world or Europe will be performing their show in Forum Karlín on Friday 14th of September. The fashion show and live concert is on the program too.

Who will be performing?

The program full of dance stars offers unrepeatable opportunity to see the most successful couples from different parts of the dance world on one floor. A concert of Slovak singer Emma Drobná and a fashion show of Czech fashion designer Natali Ruden will take part between the dances. The guests will be accompanied by a moderator couple, Roman Vojtek and Dana Morávková, both with experience from the Czech version of StarDance.

Real dance stars

Dmitry Zharkov & Olga Kulikova showdance, Prague Open 2017

Outstanding list of couples include three-time world champions in standard dances Dmitry Zharkov & Olga Kulikov. Russians dancing in the World Dance Sport Federation have won 40 of the last 43 competitions since September 2016. Their World Dance Council counterpart will be a Polish couple Sergio Rusu & Dorota Rusu, world champions and winners of the Blackpool Dance Festival in amateur category, nowdays dancing in professionals.

Standard dances will be presented by Madis Abel & Aleksandr Galkina, world champions in U21 category from Estonia. The audience will even see two couples on the floor at the same time. They are Warren Boyce & Kristi Boyce, five-time UK champions in “amateurs” and nine times among professionals, and Glenn Boyce & Cäroly Janes, nowadays a unique youth couple dancing in both world dance federations.

WDSF world triple champions in the general category and professional world champions Gabriele Goffredo & Anna Matus will dance the latin show. The well-known couple and winners of last Prague Open is coming to Prague fourteen days after their wedding. Nikita Brovko & Olga Urumova, amateur world champions finalists, amateur European champions and Blackpool finalists in professionals, are coming also. Moreover, there are WDSF world runners-up Armen Tsaturyan & Svetlana Gudyno and Pavel Zvychaynyy & Oxana Lebedew, WDC world champions in the showdance discipline!
